High Performance Walls Reinforced with Internal Shear Sheeting - CBS has developed a unique approach to fortress-type housing by using a single or double shear panel in-line between the studs in a socket

High Performance Material - Using magnesium oxide boards (MgO) as in-line sheeting or cement boards in-line behind the exterior and interior finishing sheets creates a hollow partition that can be filled with insulation in HVAC applications or with sand in mass density applications. Each of the in-shear panels is imbedded in sockets formed along the web of the studs.

Composite Joists are Now on 8 Foot (2.4 meter) Centers - Spanning 25 feet (7.6 m) on 8 foot (2.4 m) centers, the CBS joist system contains enough room to house HVAC equipment.
